Varinia will prepare all your dishes with high quality and fresh local products like the same that you have tasted in ITALY! Since we have recived many requests from our guests, we are planning to bring the same concept and experience to the American market.By having Giglio Bianco cater your dinner party, you can enjoy a customized Tuscan menu of gourmet food in the privacy and luxury of your own home. Cooking has been a passion of mine all my life, and it is very gratifying to see my family and friends enjoy the meals I prepare for them. I decided to use this passion to start my own business. It is my goal to share my love of cooking with you. Whether it be a special occasion, a special diet, or an evening at home, I hope to make all your dinners just the way you like them.

First a consultation will be required questions as to date and time, number off guests and courses, individual service or buffet, specific food likes adn dislikes, food allergies or specific dietar needs must be answered

Based on your unique response to the questions we will plan a personalized menu.

We will guid eyou an estimate for preparation and service of your weal, not including the cost of groceries and wine.

You way join us we shop for the perfect ingredients.

please understand that our service does not include clean-up, and you will be responsible for the table setting.
All groceries are shopped fresh on the morning of your dinner and Varinia and Edoardo will arrive with EVERYTHING needed to complete your meal.
We will arrive several hours before the dinner to begin preparing your food.
Everything is prepared "from scratch", using the finest ingredients available, based on your budget.
Fees
The cost SPECIAL TUSCANY EVENT depends the number of persons and number of courses
Varinia and Edoardo's charges include only SERVICE.
No additional surcharges, gratuities or other hidden charges are included.
Payment is required in cash on the day of yours special dinner.

If you don't have some of the need equipment (Cooking equipment and serving utensils) please advise in advance.
Pay for it... Payment must be in cash
PAY AND CONFIRMATION
1. In order to book the SPECIAL EVENT you only have to send back an email.
2. Please take note that booking is confirmed exclusively through our "Booking Confirmation" email containing all details of your SPECIAL EVENT, including instructions on how to cancel your reservation.
3. The price of SPECIAL EVENT is communicated in our "Booking confirmation" email.
4. The requested credit card details are necessary for to guarantee the reservation and not to be used to charge any bill (We use only in case of cancellation.

5. Full payment will be paid after the special event (in any case the same day) The paid only cash in dollars (official change of the day of contract)
6. Cancellations and amendments to confirmed bookings must be made by sending a fax message to (+39) 055 225873 or by mail to info@gigliobianco.it
7. Bookings cancelled by either fax or email 60 days from the official date of "SPECIAL EVENT" time in advance will not be charged.
8. If the you cancel with less than 60 days notice prior to the date of SPECIAL EVENT, will be limited to the charge 35% of total amount (we charge the credit card and we add 10% upon the 35%)
9. In the event of cancellation with less than 30 days notice prior to the date of SPECIAL EVENT, an amount equivalent to 100% of the total value will be charged (we charge the credit card and we add 10% upon the 100%)
